Fix Inside Bar Historic Mod indicator and add screen and push alerts

The attached indicator high and low lines sometimes skip the Inside Bar (IB) itself, after it forms. See the attached screenshot.  I want the indicator fixed so that the lines do not skip the IB, after it forms with the existing .mq4 logic

So, when the IB forms per the rules in the .mq4 code, I want the high/low lines to include the inside bar AND extend out the exact same way as it does now.

Also, I want both Popup and Push alerts - 1 alert, upon the CLOSE of the IB beyond the high or low Line for that bar.  Only 1 alert, only on a CLOSE beyond the line.  Like this:

1. the IB bar forms on close

1.1 a line is drawn at the IB high, and a line is drawn at the IB low

1.2 The IB high/Low lines extend to the next bars exactly as they do now (but do not skip the IB bar itself, as shown "incorrect" in the attached chart

2. The first bar after the IB bar that closes either above the IB high line, or below the IB low line, gives 1 alert for that IB.  So the first bar close across a line is the direction and is the only alert for that IB.  IF price reverses and closes across a line in the opposite direction of the same IB, there is no alert because it already alerted for the 1st line cross. 

Also, I want a feature to turn alerts on/off. 

I do NOT want the logic changed of when an IB forms.  I want only to fix the lines sometimes skipping the inside bar itself, and to add 1 alert upon a close of a candle beyond the IB

Also, I want the .mq4 file for the completed work.   Lastly, the fix code should NOT cause Performance slow down.  I run this on 25 charts and there are no slow performance issues from this indicator.
