EA to Close All the Trades, when the price touches the bottom or top line of the TMA indicator

Hello. I have a channel indicator for MT4 named "TMA-CG-NRP-INDICATOR". Based on this indicator I want to order a simple Expert advisor (EA). This EA should close all orders (active and pending) as soon as the price touches the upper or lower channel lines. For example, if I already have active and pending short orders on CADUSD, I don't want to take profit or stop loss. Instead, I want to enable the EA (Close at reach), select the timeframe and other parameters in "Inputs" of the EA: ("Halflength", "Price", "Bandsdeviations" and select the lower band (DOWN), since the order is short). After that, EA should close all orders (including pendings) as soon as the price touches the bottom line of the channel indicator, regardless of whether I'm in profit or loss. The action should not apply to "CLOSE" and should close all positions as soon as the price touches the bottom or top line of the TMA indicator.
 The Expert Advisor should contain the following parameters for the TMA indicator:
1.TIMEFRAME (Current tf, m1, m5, h1 etc.)
2.HALFLENGTH (56)
3.BANDSDEVIATIONS (1.618)
as well as:
4.REACH TO CLOSE (UP/DOWN)
5.PENDING ORDERS (True)
6.MAGIC NUMBER (777)
7.MAX SLIPPAGE (50)
EA should be compatible with the MQL5 virtual servers.
