Minor Modifications to Existing EA

I have an existing EA that needs following modifications to be done. 

1. Indicators, we need to add two additional indicators to be able to use it as filters for order entry, also need to be enable and disable them from settings tab of an EA, MQL4 of indicators will be provided, and explained how they should work.

2. Partial take profit, optional feature that will allow to break TP value in 4 zones by %, ex, zone1 50, zone2 30, zone3 10, and zone4 10. - must be as optional feature. 

3. Trailing stop and breakeven, but trailing stop needs to be dynamic, trailing stop module must read a take profit value at the time of the trade, and start trailing when it is in 25% or 50% through the take profit, also would be nice to add a breakeven value, in addition to this, I would prefer to have this as virtual value, so I don't trigger broker server each time when it trials, and broker continue to see the default TP and SL that EA had placed. 

4. Equity Protection must be able to specify at what % of drawdown per traded instrument to close all trades on specified instruments, for example let say I want to allow 0.5% maximum drawdown on traded instrument and if we hit that level, we close it and put it on a pause until the next business day or until the ea restarted. 

5. Number of Pairs, this is very important to be able to specify how many pairs can run at the same time, for example, 1,2,4 etc… this way it will provide an additional risk control. 

6. News Filter, need to add a news filter little more advanced than regular one, with a key word filtering such as FOMC, NFP, PCI etc... and have an ability to completely prohibit trades on such days. 

7. Time and Day filter, need to have an ability to select on what days EA can trade, and what is starting hour on that date to trade and what is the end hour. 

News Filter and Time Filter, must be able to read GMT time on its own, and set offset for the summer and winter.
