Spezifikation

I need a simple RSI EA to trade Indices like US30, DE40, US500 etc.


The EA will open trades based on RSI(14) levels, on candle close, m15 chart

-Opening BUY trade on M15 candle CLOSE, if RSI is below 30 on m15 
- Opening BUY second trade on M15 Candle CLOSE, if RSI is below 20 on m15

                                                               

 should have following Variables:

Trade 1 RSI(14) BUY open level (30 default)
Trade 2 RSI(14) BUY open level (20 default)
MinCandleSize 100 pips ( Trade should be opened only if candle size is minimum 100 pips from HIGH to LOW)
MaxOpenTrades 2 ( maximum open trades at a time, should not open more trades if there number is reached)
TP in pips ( 50 pips default)

SL in pips (50 pips default)

TradeComment Impossible RSI Trader (insert comment here)

MagicNumber 222 (magic number here)


Lot Size 1 (variable) 

Trade hour/minute start ( When EA start to monitor market and/or open new trades)
Trade hour/minute end (When EA stops to monitor market and/or open new trades)

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
