EA based on Indicator

I want to make an EA to enter an order based on the indicator attached below, trading above US30.

Place trading orders:

BUY when all of the following conditions are met:

1. there is a red arrow signal going down

2. value A>B (eg A= 33650.20 > B= 33645.55) or A=B (eg A=33660.33=B=3366.33) or A<B but B-A<1 (eg A=33455.33<B= 33456.19, B-A=33456.19-33455.33=0.86<1)

3. enter a BUY order at the start of candle number 2

SELL when all of the following conditions are met:

1. there is a blue arrow signal going up

2. value A>B (eg A= 33650.20 > B= 33645.55) or A=B (eg A=33660.33=B=3366.33) or A<B but B-A<1 (eg A=33455.33<B= 33456.19, B-A=33456.19-33455.33=0.86<1)

3. enter a BUY order at the start of candle number 2

a. EA also has the function to automatically set TP, SL

b. EA adds a function to choose the trading time of the day: for example, only enter orders between 19:00 and 23:45. note, trading stop time DOES NOT CLOSE open orders from earlier

c. has a stop loss move function, 3 levels of moves can be customized: For example

lv1: the price runs +20pips from the entry point, then move the SL to +5 pips from the entry point,

lv2: the price runs +50pips from the entry point, then move the SL to +15 pips from the entry point,

lv3: the price runs +70pips from the entry point, then move the SL to +50 pips from the entry point,

d. Trailing Stop, Trailing Step. After the price runs 3 levels, will start Trailing Stop, Trailing Step according to customization, for example:

After running level 3 (according to the above example: the price runs +70pips from the entry point, then move the SL to +50 pips from the entry point), the price runs +20 pips SL moves +15 pips, for example level 3 +70: price +90 -> SL+ 65, price +110 -> SL+ 80, price +130 -> SL+ 95...
