Signal Provider EA or Remote Trading Signal Solution

I need to create a remote trade signal provider EA that I can use to send to my subscribers (Members in my trading group) that want to copy my trades, ie. copy all entries, exits, stop losses, take profits, modifying TPs when trailing stop, monitor the pending trades and all applicable settings (Lot sizes, risk mgmt, etc.)  This software or agents will allow my subscribers(Group Members) to copy trades automatically from my (the master) account as trades open or close manually or with auto trade applications (TP). I prefer it to be MT4 compatible but also have the MT5 capability preparing for users with brokers using MT5 and the retirement of MT4 in the future. 

That system should have the ability to service up to 100,000 or more accounts that can copy signal simultaneously without adding more overhead to the master.  This software will allow my subscribers(Group Members) to copy trades automatically from my account When trades open or close manually or with auto trade applications (Algorithmically.)   Every member copy-account must get a unique SERVICE-ID as unique identifiyer in order to copy the master trades.

I am also looking for an application that will allow all signal copy-accounts to be housed on any platforms, virtual server(VPS) or stand alone desktops, or any mobile devices capable of using the service.  I am open to the latest technology or method without confining the developers into my own ways of designing this project.  Surprise me.  

IDEAL Solution would be: for a professional wed developer to build a trade signals provider website for membership subscription. The script can be build on any core platform or build with all necessary widgets possible.  I will utimately want both applications to be designed for both mobile plaforms: IOS and Android.
