I need a programmer to convert an existing custom indicator(Boom 1000) into a MT5 bot

Good day,

I am looking towards converting an existing boom 1000 indicator into an EA. The indicator uses the crossing of moving averages and some other custom parameters.

I want the Bot to be able to do the following.

Alerts when the confluences or criteria for entry is met at all time frame.

I want the EA to indicate/display at every given time (1,5,15, 30, 1Hr) on the EA either BUY/SELL depending on what the indicator says at their respective time frames.

I want the EA to have the ability to do the following instructions: 1-minute time frame keeps picking 10candles as instructed by the signal and 20 candles if 5 mins time frame begins to sell, and I want the EA to pick 3-5 candles and if 15 mins time frame is selling based on the signal. This instruction should be able to turn off or on at wish leaving 1-min to do its thing throughout the day.

I want the EA to exit all trades at potential support, and automatically reduce the number of trades in a major uptrend.

To take advantage of strong resistance based on multiple retests to take more trades or increase lot size. I want all trades closed once a major or strong support zone is entered.

Should be optimized to execute buys as well if instructed.

Capital preservation and money management system.

Parameters: Lot size, Number of candles to pick in each time frame, Martingale loss recovery, Number of positions, Take profit, Stop Loss, Trading time, and Days.
