I need a doveloper who can build a forex robot based on moving avarage crosses and bounces

How the EA must work? 

In an uptrend, When the lower EMA cross the higher EMA and with lower EMA going above higher EMA the robot must open its first order(Buy in this case), then subsequent/other orders must open each and every time the market touches the higher EMA on every retracement and my global take profit for all these orders will be when the EMAs cross again and  the lower EMA goes below the higher EMA . And at this point the robot Will take profit of all buys,and start opening orders into the opposite direction. That is, Immediately after taking profit of the buy orders, the robot will open its first sell order on that cross , and subsequent orders must open when the market retraces on the higher EMA and touch it(when market bounces/when the market retrace on that EMA).And take profit for the sell orders will be when the EMAs cross again, with the lower/smaller EMA going above the higher /larger EMA again. And this point will be our trigger for another buy order, and the cycle continues like the before non stop automatically, unless if I stop it. And I must be able to close orders manually if I want to do so. The robot must be able to work on multiple time frames, mainly I'm gonna use it on M5/M15/H1 respectively. So if I put my chart on M5 and activate the robot it must open orders based on M5 candlesticks EMAs crosses , if I'm on M15, it must open M15 candlesticks orders and EMAs crosses , and if I'm on H1 smae story . The robot must be able to work on currency pairs, commodities, Indeces like Nas100(Nasdaq) and synthetic Indeces on deriv.
