Dear All Programmers..

Please advise as below and give me the best price. Please refer excel picture for my current excel data feed.

1- Build an EA from excel data feed - live feed. Currently i need to open MT4 and excel file, so i can see the details in the excel and start to trade manual. Now i would like to make as EA. Once attached to MT4, it can show the selected PAP (current active pairs) and can trade as Robot.

2- You must advise me what is the best solution to get the best real time without delay or lagging (indicator/panel/analyzer type?). The design at the MT4 you MUST recommend to me.

3- From that EA it possible send me notification thru email, Alert popup at MT4 and sound to buy/sell for selection pair. For DETAILS will discuss later. Still have a few ideas to include into overview page.

4- All source code must be submitted once final payment has been made and the coders must test this EA without any bugs. To see the accuracy, i will test for a few days. You suppose to support if still have error on programming after payment done.

Note: Since it have so many pairs, current excel data feed working good with Liteforex. It just live data feed, to live trade depend on me to choose any kind broker i needed.
