SMC - ICT trading style EA for MT5

I'm looking for the development of and SMC or ICT trading EA with less than 5% dradown per month and returns of 2-10% per month. Max daily dradown of 1%, high probability zones on 1M to 5M chart. Only EURUSD, London & NY Session only (NY until 11:00am EST). EA needs to be capable of making 15% in a quarter, four-month period max. Backtesting has to go all the way back to 2014 and be consistent each year with reasonable returns and drawdowns close enough to parameters established. Minimum risk to reward ratio of 1:3 and trailing stop as soon as trade is RR 1:1 securing profits.
