I'm in need of a simple indicator for MT4 that alerts whenever the market is in a condition that I have attached as screenshot.

Generally, in those conditions I'm looking to trade a huge candle/s, in Overbought/oversold condition, whenever it hits a Round number triple 0 or a pivot or S/R.

I thought of a mix of RSI and bollinger bands, for instance, whenever price touches pper or lower band and rsi is in OB/OS conditions.

Couldn't find anything for free on the internet, but if you can find it, and you don't code it I'll still happily pay you, as long as it does the job properly.
