I need to develop an EA that does the following functions:

- I need the EA when it reaches X amount of balance or money (to be configured by the user in the EA functions) of drawdown, it closes all operations and does not allow the opening of any operation until X hour to be configured the next day ( server time)

Example:

It's Monday and I have several operations open. I have set in the EA that upon reaching a drawdown of -4,000 euros (losses), all trades are closed at that point of loss in open trades (4,000 euros). My drawdown on open trades reaches -4,000 euros and the EA closes all trades at a loss (4,000 euros). The EA does not allow me to open any more trades on that day (Monday). Tuesday arrives at X server time (to be configured) and the EA allows you to open new trades, again taking into account the daily drawdown limit on open trades (- 4,000 in the example)

Important: the EA does not take into account the losses of the previous day...every day it is reset, I will be able to lose a maximum of the daily amount configured in the EA, because upon reaching the configured drawdown and closing the operations, it will not allow opening more operations in that day.
