Candlestick Break and close on Specified level

Hi, 

Interested to look for a EA to be programmed, only contact me if you have done similar EA before and can deliver the product. 

Create an EA , 

1. User Set a Level for Potential Buy Entry 

2.  User Set a Level for Potential Sell Entry 

For Buy Entry

3. Criteria 1, current Time Frame candle (1) closes above level 

4. Criteria 2,  candle (1) which is the first green candlestick that closes above the set level , (white line) must have a top wick of at least 3 pips

5. Criteria 3,  candle (2), which is the next candle, must create a lower wick of at least 3 pips, initiate a buy stop at the high of candle (1) 

6. Criteria 4,  when candle (2), breaks the high of the next candle, execute  Buy orders as set previously. 

7.  Criteria 5, EA to work only in a specific time frame. 

8. Criteria 6, Expire if the Candle (2) and candle (3) does meet criteria 3 

Trade Management

Setting 1, Stop Loss, at the lows of the previous candle + 3 pips, 

Setting 2, Take Profit, at 1.1 times of the Stop Loss total number of pips 

Setting 3, Set to break even if 50% Tp achieved, 

Setting 4, Close Half Position if 50% Tp achieved, 

The opposite for Sell entry
