Please only change the rules for M at TF1/TF2/TF3 When only these two variables(MACD/Histogram) are UP bot color cell green when only these two variables(MACD/Histogram) are DOWN bot color cell red. All EA stays the same as it is except for M column rules. All this works with GHM SYNCHRONY logic. Answering your questions:
1.No change for Gann.
2." There will be still 3 signals for each timeframe; each signal comes from macd indicator. The signals are Signal, MACD and Histogram." No, now EA will use only two signals from macd, MACD and Histogram at M column. The previous M column rules using( When 2 of 3 signals are signaling in the same direction ) will be replaced for:
 - When only these two variables(MACD/Histogram) are UP bot color cell green when only these two variables(MACD/Histogram) are DOWN bot color cell red.   
3. No - as explained above this line.
4." Exit signal is opposite. At least 2 red TF1, 2 red TF2, 2 red TF3 make SHORT signal and it will close long position (if any)"  No this EA works with synchrony logic as it is at the attached EA file.

The synchrony logic: When all indicators  SELECTED at any TF or all TFs are green(ENTER), When any of the SELECTED indicators are red(EXIT).
