Inside Bar EA for Automated Trading

I'm looking for an EA that will trade autonomously on a simple Inside Bar signal.

Entry Signal:  Completion of an Inside Bar (H < H(1), L  > L(1))

Order on signal:

• BuyLimit order at High of inside bar
• SellShortLimit order at Low of inside bar

• Orders expire at end of the bar following the inside bar 
• thus both orders may be executed and hedge positions may be opened
• and if there are sequential inside bars, the orders generated by the first inside bar will expire at the start of the second inside bar, and a new pair of orders placed at the H and L of the second inside bar

• Trailing stop at a distance of EITHER  ATR(3) * a user-input float variable, OR a pip value * a user-input integer variable
• Stops are update PER TICK
