Full-time EA strategy tester and optimizer

We are looking for someone who knows how to to use the strategy tester in MT5 and can work full-time optimizing best settings for our EA. 

We do NOT need a coder. 

Our EA is already very capable and has about 200 input settings/features that we've built into it over the years!

So now, we're trying to dial in the best settings and strategies for our EA, specifically for passing prop firm challenges (like FTMO). 

We've already done this ourself and have produced relatively good results (50%+ funded rate). 

However we understand that as market conditions change, so must our strategies and settings. 

So, we are looking for someone who is available to test our EA and optimize it to help us accomplish two main objectives : 

1. Beat our control settings (50% funded rate)

2. Optimize for the most recent 4 months of data (90%+ funded rate)

We would like to have a library of settings so EACH time you're able to accomplish either of these objectives we will offer an additional $500 bonus in addition to the $500/month base pay. 
 
For example, say this month you were able to find 2 presets for objective #2 and 1 preset for objective #2, then you would be paid $500 +$500x2+$500 = $2000

The ONLY caveat is these presets must also pass in the live market at least once to qualify for the bonus.
