Multible average strading strategy - EA + indicator

Hey there,
I'm sick of trading manual. I have trading skills but can't code. The EA I want to have is relative simple. It will work with multible moving average in combination of MACD and STOCH RSI.
The signals for buy/hold/sell that will given from the moving average will be based on the slope also as on candels and lines crossing each other.


To know where are strong sell or entry points the strategy will based on different timeframes. 

Based on the EA I also like to have a indicator showing in in points how safe a buy or sell here is. It will shown the different timeframes one by one, and also one indicator as a combination out of it.

I guess there are already EA existing doing exactly this. But while I can't code I need a explanation what every code line means so that I'm able to optimize it. 


An more detailed project description per pm. And if you're interested in the full strategy we can make a deal. Free strategy against free EA. But no problem if you'd like the cash.

Update: I didn't tought that I will get that fast some responds. At the moment I'm writing a instruction how the EA will work. Will take some days more before it's finished.
