Need to develop an ea based on correlation and cointegration.

I need to develop an ea which can perform pair trading based on correlation and cointegration of pairs. The ea should trade 2 fx pairs at a time based on the signal. The ea should be able to log all the data when attached to a chart, use those data points to create an equation then use the live data into that and generate buy sell signals and close the trade based on that. I need someone who is well known with quant. Also you can integrate any other programming language to store the data and perform the calculations faster.
