Telegram to MT4 copier

I’m looking for a developer that could make an  expert advisor (EA) that will Auto copy telegram signals to MT4 account. Then have ability to adjust and manage the trade bases off the signals change in the telegram channel.

- Ultra fast EA in execution (because its usefulness will also be to carry out scalping orders)

 - Ability to choose one or more channels Telegram

 - Ability to connect multiple MT4 accounts

 1. Money Management :

 Possibility to choose on the EA between :

 - Risk per Trade in % (SL)

 - Risk per Trade in Lots

 2. Take Profit :

 - Automatic Trade Submission with choice of TP1 or TP2 or TP3 or last TP

 - Automatic partial closing, give the choice in percentage of closing by TP (Example start 0.8 lots, TP1 reached, close 50%, the Bot cashes 0.4 lots and lets turn 0.4 lots, the TP2 reached, closes 75%, the Bot cashes 0.3  lots on the remaining 0.4 lots and let it run 0.1 lot until TP3 where it will cash out 100% of my remaining position (in this example 0.1 lot)

 3. Stop Loss :

 - Once TP1 is reached, move the SL to the entry point, once TP2 is reached, move the SL to TP1

 - Another option, being able to choose the number of Pips to move the SL to (example the choice is 30 Pips, as soon as the Trade reaches +30 Pips, the SL automatically moves to the entry point

Possibility to modify and close a Trade via a ticket system in the messages, example :

 Buy Nas100

 Ticket: 1

 -> Opening of the transaction with the ticket

 Buy Nas100

 Ticket: 1

 Changing the order:

 PT: 13890

 -> Changed the TP of the transaction to 13890.

 Close Buy Nas100

 Ticket: 1

 -> Closing the transaction via the ticket
