An Expert Advisor Based on the RSI, Williams Fractals, and a Moving Average Indicators

When the Williams Fractals hit a Higher High  or a Lower Low in the Price Action chart on the 1 Hr Time Frame. At the same time, the Williams Fractals overlaid or placed inside the RSI indicator, appears in my RSI indicator's ranges of 70% to 100% and the 0% to 30% in the first indicator window below the Price Chart. While at the same time, a Simple Moving Average of Period of 10, placed inside of the RSI indicator with same ranges as above, touches the 70% line and touches the 30% line of the RSI ranges, which is in a second window indicator below the first window indicator....thus triggering the EA to take a Buy/Long trade and a Sell/Short trade, after all conditions are met stated above and after the 1 hour Candlestick on 1 hour Time Frame has closed, and on the opening of the next 1 hour candlestick, the trade is executed with certain lot sizes, based on the account balance, with built in risk management features of for every $500 in the account balance, trade 0.01 lots, which is the setting LOW RISK, for every $250 in the account balance, trade 0.01 lots, which is the setting MEDIUM RISK, for every $150 in the account balance, trade 0.01 lots, which is the setting HIGH RISK, with the option to change the settings manually, Stop Loss feature of using 1.5 the ATR or Average True Range, Take Profit feature would be ATR of the pair, once the EA calculates the lot sizes to trade based on Risk Setting and Balance of Account, when the trade is opened, we would like EA to have the built in feature to split the trade into 2 trades which will still equal the total lot size calculated to be traded based on Risk Level chosen and Account Balance, it the Stop Loss of the ATR is hit before the Take Profit, the EA will close out both half trades, but if the Take Profit is hit first, on of the half trades is closed out while the other open trade has it's Stop Loss moved to Break Even Point or Entry Price, then the Trailing Stop Loss feature is activated to where every 5 pips move in profits will cause a 1 pip move in the same direction for a Trailing Stop Loss to lock in profits, EA can run on any Forex pairs, minimum account balance of $350, programmed for Limit orders or market orders, optimal performance with good ECN brokers with tight or RAW spreads, All trades CLOSED OUT feature after the EA has opened a trade and Take Profit has not been hit in 2 hours since then, EA trades only from Monday thru Thursday, ability to have the time zone set according to the chosen broken opening trading times,
