Looking for someone to create an EA to move limited oreders with TMA line.

What I an after is following:

 

I need an EA that moves limited orders with TMA line, so when line redraws with price I need 2 limit orders above with custom distance between orders and 2 below line with the same criteria. 

On the screen there are 3 types of line, colour defined - red, green, blue. So EA have to be able to manage limited orders, allow user to choose amount of pips between orders, TP and SL as well.
