Telegram to mt4 signal trader

I’m looking for a developer that could make an  expert advisor (EA) that will Auto copy telegram signals to MT4 account. Then have ability to adjust and manage the trade bases off the signals change in the telegram channel.

1. Read and copy trading signals posted in specific telegram channels with different format to MT4.

2. Copy all the signals included Entry Price, Multiple entry's ,Stop Loss, take profit 1, take profit 2 and take profit 3 and trades into ea and run.

3. Ability to add more than one Telegram channel and should be select able in EA or changed/added in source code.

4. Read customized messages on telegram

• Accept close commands in signal formats (Customizable): e.g  For example e.g. Close Now, Close at Entry, Close half, TP HIT,move sl to breakeven usually in reply mode)

5. If a trade has multiple TP levels like TP1, TP2 and TP3, the EA would need to be able to partially close a % of the trade at each TP level. Ea also needs to be able to have settings to move sl to breakeven after tp1, tp2 hit move sl to tp1

6. Lot size customizable (there should be setting for lot size ) for example risk % according to balance/equity.

7. Trailing stop: any order that opened by the EA already hit 50 pips, the EA will move the Stop Loss to entry price.

8. once the trade is closed, I need it to send back to the telegram channel as a notification
