I need a high frequency trading robot using Fix API

I need a developer who has experience in developing systems which can read the prices and execute high frequency trades directly into the accounts server without using metatrader client terminal using FIX API.

Its goal is to read prices from the server and executes trades faster than the client terminal of metatrader which takes less than 50 millisecond to read need price and get the trade to be executed.
