Divergence Seeker EA

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone that can code me and EA that use Divergence from the Stochastic indicator. I don't have an indicator that detects Divergeneces, si it needs to detect it within the EA.

This strategy uses 2 Moving averages. One fast (eg,50 EMA) and one slow(eg,200EMA) for trend detection.

It also uses the Stochastic indicator for Regular and Hidden Divergence detection.

Short setup

The Fast-moving average must be below the slow-moving average.

Price must trade into the fast MA. When that happens, we look for regular or hidden divergence.

Divergence is only valid within the overbought or oversold areas.

Enter when Stochastic “K line” crosses and close below the “D line”.

Stoploss will be the last swing high.

Trades are invalid if price trades into the slow-moving average.

Please note that price does not have to close above the fast-moving average to trade. It can just wick into it to be valid.

Additional settings/Requirements

At 1.5 times risk, close a percentage of the trade, move SL to breakeven and trail the rest by 1 times risk.

Option to select to trade only Regular, hidden or both divergences.

Option to adjust the lookback period for divergence. E.g., how many bars back to look for divergences.

Option to add additional points to Stop Loss as a buffer. E.g., if last wing high was 10 points, add 5 points as a buffer.

Spread filter required

Time of day filter

Option to Close all profitable trades on Friday close.

Option to close all open trades on Friday

Money management

Risk a percentage of equity

Fixed dollar amount

Fixed lot size
