EA creates market buy/sell order in opposite direction of bar close

I need a trading robot for mt4.

The robot will create a market buy/sell order for the opposite direction of bar close depending on buy/sell mode selected.

Needed input options:
    
    Lot size
    Option to have the robot only enter buy trades or only enter sell trades


Only 1 trade per bar max.

Robot must be able to work on multiple different charts at the same time.


Example of function:

    I select buy only mode for robot. If the current bar closes below the previous bar close (bearish bar close), the robot will enter a market buy.
    The robot should not create a buy order if it is a bullish bar closing higher than the previous bar close. It should not create sell orders in buy mode.
    
    I select sell mode for robot. If the current bar closes above the previous bar close (bullish bar close), the robot will enter a market sell.
    The robot should not create a sell order if it is a bearish bar closing lower than the previous bar close. It should not create buy orders in sell mode.
