Price action moving average and candlel stick

Hey am looking for a developer to create me a moving average robot. When ever moving touches candlel stick to buy or sell during down trend or up trend the 21 Ema must blue in color then 55 Ema must red in colour  the ea must open 10 position in layers at the same time when touches candlestick. It must work on 5m 15 m 1h and H4 time frame hoping to find a good developer. It must trade any currency pair including stocks indices check screen shot below my article
