NAME INDICATOR: TRADING ALERT

THIS IS AN INDICATOR FOR MT5:
the indicator must have the possibility to choose whether to read real volumes or volumes per tick.
must emit 2 signals: buy and sell, drawing the arrows on the graph (green arrow pointing upwards for the buy signal, 
red arrow pointing downwards for the sell signal) and emit an audible alert. 
when the indicator emits a signal, it is necessary that it immediately sends a notification.
the indicator must send a sound alert on the graph with relative notification, send a push notification on the mobile terminal and, 
if possible, send an alert on a dedicated telegram channel (the latter is an optional option, 
the important thing is that it sends the alert sound on the computer and push notification on the mobile terminal).

how the indicator should work:
the indicator must compare 3 different elements on the chart: price candle, total volumes relative to the candle and delta bar.

it is nothing more than the difference between the contacts detected in the real volume bought in the letter (ask) and sold in cash (bid). 
if the contracts struck in ask exceed those struck in the bid, the delta bar volume indicator will draw a green candle, on the contrary, 
if the contracts struck in bid (money) exceed those in ask (letter), the indicator will draw a red candle . 
the candles of the delta bar (red and green) are the larger, the greater the difference between the contracts sold and purchased.

BUY SIGNAL: ("buy" image attached)
1) the price is on a minimum (of the moment), after a series of negative candles (at least 2 negative candles) a positive candle appears 
(hummer, dojy, inside, it does not matter, as long as it closes at least at even or positive),
2) the total real volume relative to the reversal candle, is greater than the total volume of the last negative candle, prior to the reversal candle
3) the delta volume bar is negative
WHEN ALL THESE 3 CONDITIONS APPEAR AT THE SAME TIME, THE INDICATOR MUST EMIT THE BUY SIGNAL

SELL SIGNAL: ("sell" image attached)
1) the price is on a maximum (of the moment), after a series of positive candles (at least 2 positive candles) a negative candle appears 
(this too must close or equal or negative, no matter the size of the candle itself and the size )
2) the total real volume relative to the reversal candle, is greater than the total volume of the last positive candle, prior to the reversal candle
3) the delta volume bar is positive
WHEN ALL THESE 3 CONDITIONS OCCUR AT THE SAME TIME, THE INDICATOR MUST EMIT THE SELL SIGNAL

the indicator does not have to work on forex pairs (example EUR / USD) but will work on indices, (example S&P 500, Nasdaq, crude oil, silver, gold, platinum, etc ...)
