I need an indicator

I would like to have an indicator with the following entries

·         With the ability to watch all the timeframe and all currency pairs at the same time, but with the option to check or uncheck, which timeframes to give alerts. Example: If I have the chart open in 4 H. timeframe and the criteria matches at the 30 min chart, that it would give the alert for the 30 min chart. And with the option to activate or deactivate one timeframe, (maybe 5 min).

·         Alerts with the option of Sound or without sound, and email or no email.

Entry criteria

Ø  Countertrend alert

o   If SMA slow, SMA medium  and SMA fast (The SMAs I want them adjustable) are all in order* going up, RSI in one or more of the last 5 candles overbought; than a larger Candle than average of last 5 candles  closes below the last candle low. Give an alert to sell.

o   Or Vice versa with the same SMA all in order going down, RSI in one or more of the last 5 candles oversold than a larger Candle than average of last 5 candles  closes above the last candle high. Give an alert to buy.

Ø  Trend alert

o   If the 3 SMAs are in order going up and the price is going down till one or more candle closes between SMA slow and SMA Fast. Than reverses the price and a candle, greater than average last 5 candles, closes higher than the high of last candle, MACD is positive, RSI greater than 50, give alert to buy.

o   Or Vice versa, if the 3 SMAs are in order going down and the price is going up till one or more candle closes between SMA slow and SMA Fast. Than reverses the price and a candle, greater than average last 5 candles, closes below than the low of last candle, MACD is negative, RSI smaller than 50, give alert to sell.

*SMAs going in order:

Going up in order, SMA Fast is above SMA medium, and SMA medium is above SMA slow.

Going down in order, SMA Fast is below SMA medium, and SMA medium is slow SMA slow.
