I need a developer to create an EA that will buy and sell based on the high an low for each new day in real time (from NY open)

When a new high is reached and a down candle is formed immediately after, a sell signal is given.

If the TP is met, then great, it closes and waits for the next trade set up.

If the TP is not met and the trade moves into negative, then it keeps selling every x pips (martingale) until price reverses and the average price is reached plus the TP

Reverse for buy.
