Days of the week segmented with 3 non-continued horizontal lines for that day

Each day is segmented with vertical lines, 3 horizontal lines colour specified for each segment that are non continuing for the segments, all set by a dialogue box.

* Daily Vertical Lines
* 3 Horizontal lines between each Daily lines
* Some color coding to go on later down the track
* Set via dialogue box

1. Select Start Time and draw a vertical line on each start time.
    1.1 Start Time can be 6.30pm, in H1/H4 chart use the next candle. H1 7pm/H4 8pm
2. Panel Dialog will appear with all the date listed inside
3. I should be able to key in 3 prices for each selected date in "panel dialog"
    3.1 draw a horizontal on each prices key into the panel for the selected date.
    3.2 I can key in different price level on different date inside the "panel dialog"
