Spezifikation

I need an indercator made that tells me which pairs are running in same direction on all time frames. Can the indercator be adjusted to suit which time frames I was in correlation and the I indercator must have rsi built in to alert me of when a over bought and over sold on the specific timeframes. Example I would like 15 30 1h 4h all in uptrend using 50 and 200 ema. So the indercator tells me that them rules are met, then when 1 of the time frames goes below 20 on the rsi the indercator alerts me also. Cheers
