Spezifikation

I want to have an EA that checks the RSI at 2AM every day and does the following for every symbol in the MarketWatch

    If second previous bar has RSI > 80 and previous bar < 80 then add a short position on current bar, and close any Longs

    If second previous bar has RSI < 20 and previous bar > 20 then add a long position on current bar, and close any Shorts

    If a trade is opened or closed send an Email and Push using MT5

I only want ONE chart opened, so the EA needs to iterate through ALL the Symbols in the Market Watch.  Reason is I may run it across a lot of symbols and I don't need 40 charts open that do nothing all day long except for 2AM


Configurable Parameters

LotSize based on Risk (ie 5% balance)

RSI pars 

Time to check RSI (HH:MM)

The Symbols to trade are just retrieved from the SYmbols in MarketWatch


Will need EA and MQL files (for future enhancements)
