RSI with Support and Resistance

I want an RSI indicator with in addition of a Support & Resistance indication, so 2 in 1. As well, the need to work perfectly and show Supports and Resistance's Dots in this new indicator, base on the RSI calculation and not from the chart. Put adjustable size and color arrows on the chart when a Support or a Resistance appear and  can also adjust color on both indicators an come with all parameters. Can work with all time frame if necessary. I put in attatchment the mq4 code base for both indicators. So....Step 1: Input an Support & Resistance in the RSI indicator. Step 2: add arrows in the chat when appear a Support or Resistance. Step 3: be sure all parameters are easy to use, Step 4: Put allert when appear new support or reasistance.
