Bug fixing on existing EA

I am looking for a developer that has experience in fixing bugs. someone that is accurate, who can understand how all of the code works together.

Brief description of the EA.
The EA is meant to work on a Renko chart, and uses an indicator that create support and resistance lines to open, create take profits, and display information on the screen. the EA also uses a timer to open and closes trades.

The first bug is that sometimes the EA ignores lines, so positions don't open, or stop losses aren't created.

The second bug is that sometimes the timer doesn't start.

These problems will appear pretty often if the Renko size is small enough (3-4 pips), but will still appear with larger Renko sizes.
