Auto lot multiplier - Reduced time to develop

The bot should have the following logic

1)Open a new trade anytime i open a new trade or another EA opens a new trade or a signal opens a new trade

2)It should not go in a loop opening a copy of the copies its made from other trades (otherwise it will just go in an infinite loop)

3)Have a variable to set a multiplier and not have a limit to the number inserted.

4)Step down/step up the multiplier incrementally and automatically as the balance goes up/or down by $100 (NOT based on the equity but the balance)

   4b) I would like to set this amount as a variable to step up or down by for example every dollar or every 10 or every 100 or every 1000 (drop down list would be fine)

5)Close the copy as soon as the original is closed (whether it be from SL/TP or by means of manually closing the original trade)

6)The copy needs to open as soon as a new trade is opened without any delays

7)If i set too high a multiplier it should not try more than twice to open the trade. i.e if the account cant afford to open the trade it shouldn't bother trying to opening over and over again.

8) i have to just have the EA running on one chart to copy anything that is opened in any instrument. i.e i don't need to attach the EA to every chart that i or a signal or another EA may open

9) Every original trade the bot copies should be treated as if it was a 0.01 position. i.e if a new position is opened disregard the size and treat it as if it was a 0.01 size and the copy should be multiplied by the inserted parameter chosen by me

10) A variable to limit how many original trades the bot should copy. eg i set to 2 and 3 trades come in. Only 5 trades will be open. 3 originals and 2 copies and therefor any new trades will not have a copy.

11) i need the source at end of project

PS Please don't take the job if you too busy as i do not want to be delayed. Note the time is only 1 day as the original developer messed with my time. If you feel you are going to be delayed and go into arbitration then DO NOT take the job. Don't waste my time and dont waste your time.
