Channel riding Scalping EA - Working at night!

Looking for a someone to create a scalping EA that trades at night in low volatility like the AW NIGHT SCALPER that is already on the market. 

PLEASE go and check out the AW Night Scalper to understand what we are trying to achieve, run on the settings GBPAUD 2m chart. 

The bot should trade in both directions.

It needs to detect volatility and deactivate the bot, once the volatility is low and the chart is in an RSI channel it executes trades based on the RSI (if this is the best way - not sure), if above the 80 RSI, once it crosses the 80RSI going down, it executes a 20 point Take Profit (+ spread = x) and visa versa for the long positions. 

We are looking preferably for a bot that has a news feed on events for GBPAUD and disables trading on news dates (specifically 30 mins before the event).

Operational bits of the bot: 

If volatility occurs once the bot has opened the first trade (see below image), the bot needs to again assess a low volatility channel detecting a reversal and then open a second trade following on from the first open order.

In addition, the TP should move down just below open position 1 in order to average out a winning position for the two open trades (or more).

Trade order 2 should be a multiplier of 1.3x of the open position 1; meaning the TP is an overall positive position and all the trades are closed together at the same time - all this is shown in my illustration below. 

Order number 2 should only be allowed upon a 200 point step grid. 

Time factors:

If the bot has an open position beyond the start and end time allocation, the bot must continue to find a reversal but not allow trades to open in the opposite direction or start a new trade. 

News events specific to the currencies paired:

All trades are disallowed on high impact news events

Panel needs the following for modification: 

1. Lot size (manual)

2. Timeframe of trading allowed

- starting hours

- ending hours

3. Stop loss

4. Take profit

5. Step grid
