EA based on RSI

Hi,

I'm looking for someone who can crate trading EA based on RSI with specific condition such as time, money management, etc. Here are the requirements:

1. EA works based on its chart time frame (M1, M5, M15, etc.)

2. 2 RSI level (OS & OB level)

3. Auto lot (calculated based on available margin) & fixed lot

4. Trade entry limitation based on server time (On what time EA will start & stop working, outside that time frame the EA will only have ability to close order when price condition reached)

5. Invincible TP, SL & Trailing Stop (trailing stop start level & its distance with stop level option)

6. Ability to close partial on profit option

7. Magic Number

8. Martingale option

9. Reverse trade option

10. Close trade on opposite signal option

11. Spread & slippage filter option

12. Draw on chart on open and close order

13. Close all trade on last trade day time option (ex: all available trade created by this EA will be closed at Friday 11PM)

14. Journal, Log, Alert, Push, Email option

15. Show configurations on chart

16. Able to acknowledge 4 or 5 digits broker and trade accordingly

17. Option to limit retry limit & retry interval when spread or slippage filter triggered.

Those are the options that should be available on its configuration, I'm open to any suggestion if you have any idea about more better configuration. And on how EA will work on its entries and exits will be discussed later with the applicant. Budget would negotiable as I expect a serious developer and will look into your explanation on how this will work and the timeframe and guarantee of this work. Cheers.
