Trade Copier together with Membership website panel

Hello ,

I need to develop a copy trades EAs :  Sender EA and Receiver EA that works with MT4/5 and able to send over the internet via personal servers. the transmission should be very fast .

  Features available to EA Sender include the following:

    1) Sender EA will show the list of live clients . 

    2) Sender EA will have password generator and expiration time 

    3) master account can send signals to unlimited slave accounts. 

    4) I can manage subscribers. 

    5) Subscribers can receive email when position opens and closes, if needed.

    6) Connected to membership website , where subscribers can choose available signal and pay for their subscriptions and able to download                         Receiver EA for MT4 or MT5 after payment. 

  Features available to EA Receivers include the following:

A) Receiver EA will have a line to insert the password .

B) Automatically adjusts between different broker symbols names such as EURUSD and EURUSDcx

Money management will be the following : 

1) the exact same replica from Master account 

2) Proportional risk considering account balance : let's say Master account has 1k with lot at 0.01 and Slave account 5k then lot will be 0.05

3 ) Fixed lot : if choosed then add a special line for fixed lot

4) Multiplier : if let's say Master account enter with 0.01 and Slave account has multiplier setup at 2 then will enter at 0.02 etc...

5) Maximum Risk : if this function is setup at 5% once Account reaches 5% loss (DD) then close all positions

6) Take profit : Same as above but this time for profit . if account reaches 5% profit then closes all positions

7) Maximum Deviation from Master account in pips

8) Reciever EA, should have in screen, the Expiry date of his signal subscription period

I would need for sure the source code for this task .
