WANT TO CREATE A TRADE PANEL FOR TRADE EXECUTION/MANAGEMENT

Looking for an experienced developer to create a trade panel/trade management panel that I can turn on and off from my chart. The EA needs to be able to look at the ADR of the last 14 days and measure each candle that closes to determine what % of ADR that the candle is, and automatically place trades for me when I press a button in the panel. and a separate panel that manages my trade for me. I want the trade manager to  have the option to turn on and off alerts for when the manager closes a trade or gets to the break even point or when the trade hits Take profit since I do not watch the trade after I take it. I want to have 2 scripts made that mimic the trade execution in the panel, so I can either click the trade button in the panel or drop the script to execute the trades.  the trade manager should automatically turn off after all trades on the pair have been closed. I need to work with a patient developer as I Know there will be a lot of back and forth to get all the settings and development of this how I want it, so please do not apply for this if you are in a rush to get this done. I have included a zip file of all the things I want the trade panel to do and the rules for trade execution. I have all the scripts, indicators, and Manager EA that does most of this, But sometimes the manager moves the TP when its not suppose to and stuff like that. So I want everything to be all together in 1 EA, and I need this to be solid when it is done with no bugs. I am willing to work with you on how long it will take to get everything working correctly since there is a lot of settings/options that I want this to have.
