Inside Bar and Outside Bar Indicator

Requirement:

1. The Indicator identifies and marks all upcomming Insidebars and Outsidebars in all time frames.

It remarks the IB and OB each by a different colour as the candle colour used in standard MT5 (Configuered in Properties).

In other Words it overwrites the normal colour of the this bar, if it is a IB or OB.

The colour to use for IB must be customzable, also the colour of the OB.

2. If a IB or OB occured, the Indicator draws a horizontal line from the middle of the IB or OB candle for the next time periods until the next IB or OB occurs. The line property should be customizable (example depth an line fashion like dotted line and so on).  The colour of the Line is the same as the IB or OB candle.
