Buy - price is below RSI level and above EMA
Sell - vica versa
Filter trades based on ATR that means : EA will open just trade wit ATR will be for example 10-20. ( This settings will be different for all pairs. That means for example : EURUSD : EA can open trade with ATR 10-20 and for USDJPY EA can open traded with ATR 10-30 and so on. 
TP : based on multiple ATR of the trade candle : If I set up 0.5 ATR and actual ATR will be 25, TP will be half of that. 

Recovery zone based on % of ATR : If the Ea doesnt hit the TP and will be xATR above/below, Ea will open opposite trade with different lot size ( multiple or custom ) and then TP will be based on both trend in direction of the second one. If the second trade will not hit TP and go back and hit the price level of 1 trade, than EA will open 3 trade with different lot size and again again.

Trailing stop based on % of ATR : step and stop.
Filter for days in week and for news.
Use for all 28 pairs but only one trade in a time.
