Modification of EA based on ADX, RSI, MACD, EMA & MA

I hired a developer recently for creating a EA, somehow he was not able to complete the project successfully. he left the job at the middle. I need someone when can help me to do the rest. The EA is already functional. I just someone who can fix few issues. The issues are mentioned below.

1. Set up a trading hours for Sunday to Thursday. The market opens at Sunday 9:00 PM (server time). So if I put 23, the EA should only start working from server time 11:00 pm. (The existing developer already created that option, but somehow that is not functional). And another option for Friday trading. As you know, the EA is based on 5 indicators. The EA only opens trade when all of them gives you the same signals. Like ADX, RSI, EMA & MA both of them has given you a buy signal on a non trading hours, and MACD has given you the same signal on the trading hours, then a buy trade should open. But, if any of them doesn't give you the same signal when MACD has given you the buy signal, then NO trade should open. One the other hand, if all the indicators give you buy signal on a non trading hours, then that Signal should be counted as false signal, as that is not trading hours for us. 

2. I have set that EA on 11 chart at the same time. But it's opening only one trade from any of the chart, where all the cart is giving buy and sell signal. So this issue should be fixed, so that, the EA can open multiple trade from multiple chart, and close them too on a timely manner.

3. On our EA, we have not used trailing Stop, we have used multiple TPs. Like tp1, tp2, tp3, tp4 and tp5. Let me explain the facts here. Suppose, the EA has opened a buy trade at 1.29305(GBPUSD), I have put 7.00 pips on tp1, if the market touch the 1.29375 level, then my 7.00 pips profit is protected. if the market goes up and never come back, the trade will running, and try to touch the tp2 (14.00) pips. By this way, we can increase the profit. But if the market touch 1.29375 and again come down to 1.29374, then the trade should be closed with 7:00 pips profit. That's the strategy. It's one kind of trailing stop, but I won't mind, if the EA modify the SL, after hitting the tp1, tp2 etc.

Only apply, if you can do this. It's a very tight schedule project. Remember, I don't believe on back testing result, as my Existing ea is working good on backtest, but when I am testing it live on my demo account, it's not working properly. It's a very tight schedule project, only apply if you can deliver this on a timely manner. Thanks
