Spezifikation

I want a EA for cutloss 

EA will cutloss if candle of current time frame close below or above horizontal line.

1. We can set Horizontal line name. EA to find the name of horizontal line to do the job.
So that I only need to relocate the line to adjust cutloss point.
2. Close all post only for current pair EA have been attached.
3. Close the post only if cs close at attached time frame.
4.can send allert to phone if EA cutloss.
5.can send allert to email if ea cutloss.
6.mention on chart if horizontal line detected so that I know EA is working well
7.EA work well with pending order
8.EA can used at many window at the same time in 1 MT4

let say we open buy 5 post EurUsd, 5 post GbpUsd, 5 Post UsdJpy,
For EurUsd, we want to cutloss if price go below  and close below 1.0000 at M15 time frame

So we attach EA at M15 Time frame EU
& every close candle, 
EA will check the price & horizontal line.

If price go below  and close below 1.0000 at 15 minutes time frame,
The EA will close all Pair EurUsd only.
Other pair GU UJ will run as usual
