Eric's daily momentum ea

Ea spec:

I need the ea to enter a trade when

1.       two short term moving averages are below/above one longer term moving average, so to qualify for a long trade 30 moving average 50 moving average must be above the 200 moving average. I want to be able to specify or change the moving average periods.

2.       momentum indicator is greater or less than a  number I can set like 100, I want that number to be adjustable.

3.       The 1 ^stPrice bar has both the open and close above or below the 5, 20, and 75 moving average after all of the other conditions have been met.

Breakeven plus set amount of pips example: after 10 pips move to breakeven plus 1 pip

Time frame restrictions for trading.  Example   I want to be able to trade from 8am to 12pm  4to 6 pm and 10 pm to 4am

Trailing stop options by pip, bar or atr
