EMA 9 - Expert Advisor time frame 15mins (IBOV E-mini)

I would like to build an EA that is based on EMA 9 and EMA 21. I beleive to be a very simple project. With a 3 step buy and sell trigger 

Brazilian future Index "WIN"

Buy signal -
1st trigger EMA 9 needs to be above EMA 21 candle in the time frame of 15 mins. 
2nd trigger candles needs to open and close above EMA 9.
3rd and final trigger to open buy order will be on the pullback and price touches the EMA 9 opening a buy order 

Sell signal - 
1st trigger EMA 9 needs to be below EMA 21 candle in the time frame of 15 mins. 
2nd trigger candles needs to open and close below EMA 9.
3rd and final trigger to open sell order will be on the pullback and price touches the EMA 9 opening a sell order 

EA - Can only place one trade per day, 
-Places 5 trades on the same price.
TP - 500 SL - 750

1 - 100 pt
2- 200 pt

3 - 300 pt

4 - 400 pt

5 - 500 pt

with a trail stop for all starting a 750 going up every 150 points
