I am looking for a mathematician and/or a statistician, who has experience with "Simulated annealing" and "Pseudo-Voigt
approximation", both incorporated in Elastic Net for forecasting 7 foreign currencies - 21 pairs together. The project should be designed
in "R" or Python language and finally connected to MT5. So, it is needed "R" programming (or Python), where are many packages with used
algorithms.
Please, let me know if the partial text of the original paper is clear, understandable and if is possible to realize it. I read
the paper, and I do not follow information about downloaded 5-minute historical data and any connection with underlined text on the bottom
of the 1st page.
I am not a mathematician and I do understand just basic mathematic. If I will do it, I will not give this post here and I will help
myself. Please do not try to do any different attempts from machine learning or econometrics.., then it is mentioned in the followed paper,
what I can provide.
And lastly, I would like to know, how much time can it take the realization of the project. I would like to know about the applicant's
past projects and education history. Or if you know someone who is an expert and can do it, please just let him know.
