HI i am looking to creat an Indicator/EA which can run on a chart and send notifications to mobile MT4s when a chart pattern occurs.

This will be a signal to take trade.

The parameters are simple, which requires capturing the highs and lows of previous 3 D1 candles. 

I will need the ability to add multiple mobile MT4s to the notification list.

I will need to be provided with the ability to backtest the signal in the stragy tester.

coding will need to be done for buy and sell signal. the parametrs are just in reverse.
