Reprogram a MT4 EA into MT5 (simple coding)

I had a simple EA made for MT4 but now want to have the same EA done for MT5.  

I'm looking for a programmer who can create the MT5 version from the MT4 version for me. The MT4 EA works well, so I simply want a copy, not a new coding.

I want the programmer to test the EA before sending it to me.

The EA opens positions based on buy or sell signal of MACD indicator with the following changeable parameters: 

B = Opening lot size IN PERCENTAGE of total Amount in account.

C = MACD Indicator setting (Fast EMA Period)

D = MACD Indicator setting (Slow EMA Period)

E = MACD Indicator setting (Signal SMA Period)

F = Distance in pips from opening price to SL  

G = Distance in pips from opening price to TP  

H = Amount of open orders possible at one time

I = Minimum distance in pips needed from last position to open a new position 

J = New lot size gain after Stop Loss is hit in percentage of original lot size (B)

K = New lot size gain after Take Profit hit in percentage of original lot size (B)

X = Minimum number of open orders at which to consider MACD when closing all orders

L = Open order profit amount at which to close all trades: (If the number of open orders is larger than X and smaller than Y then only close all positionsif MACD is below 0 for buy orders and above 0 for sell orders) (If the number of open orders is equal to or smaller than X or equal or larger than Y then close all open orders regardless of MACD) 

Y =  Open order profit amount at which to close all trades 

M = Open order loss amount at which to close all trades
