Hi All,

 

I want 2 simple separate EAs for hedging purposes.

-          The EAs use the following variables  only:

1.      40 day low

2.      40 day high

3.      Previous day high

4.      Previous day low

-          The EAs should execute (open) 1 position only once market opens immediately every day if the conditions are met.

-          The EAs close the position once take profit/stop loss target is triggered.

-          If Take profit/stop loss target is not met, the EAs should close the position automatically after 60 trading days at market close.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
