Develop EA for automated trading from Indicator

I found a very interesting indicator and very hopeful that this should work efficiently... It is a currency strength indicator.. I changed the code slightly to include Gold ("XAU") as a currency and loaded on Gold chart - pls see attached image ("XAU is the Golden line"). Idea is that EA should open Buy trade when Green arrow appears on the CCPF indicator and close the trade and open the trade in opposite direction (Sell) when Red arrow appears and this process should go on. Only one trade should be opened per arrow,which means if first Green arrow is followed by 5 more Greens then the first trade should be kept open without opening additional trades until the Red arrow appears. I plan to use it on Gold on 1M chart... 

Please let me know if this is doable and also let me know if this indicator repaints or if there is a delay in signal which can effect the trades...

At minimum the robot should have following configurable (values editable) parameters:

• One trade per chart at a time
• Open trade should be automatically closed and new trade to be opened when the opposite signal is generated or TP for the initial signal from the indicator is hit
• Ability to define Breakeven / SL values (5 digits or more)
• Defining Fixed lot size
• Time restriction - Trading time period could be defined (i.e. 00:00 - 23:59)
• Ability to define spreads
• Unique Magic number for each chart
